This article tells you how to manually enter orders in Picqer if they are not automatically transferred.
In very rare cases, it may happen that your order is not transferred to Picqer or not on time. In such a case, you can choose to enter an order manually in Picqer. This is of course not desirable, but it is important that your order is shipped on time. A number of things are important when you enter an order manually in Picqer. If you do this wrong, your order may be placed twice in Picqer and therefore sent twice.To prevent this, you must adhere to a number of guidelines:
- Always use the same name and address details as stated in the fulfillment screen in e-tailize or as it is in the marketplace
- Enter the order number for the reference in Picqer, it is important to adhere to the reference guidelines as described below:
Important: When you put orders through manually, your Track & Trace code will NOT be returned automatically to the marketplace. This also requires you to fill in the Track & Trace code manually on the marketplace.
