General information about PIM Tabs

 

What are PIM Tabs?

PIM-Tabs enable efficient management of your product content across different marketplaces. They allow you to create and manage multiple versions of your product, each tailored to the unique requirements of different marketplaces. Starting with a Main Tab for primary content, you can generate additional tabs for marketplace-specific versions, simplifying content management and updates.

Why Do You Need Them?

Marketplaces have varied requirements for product content and you’d probably like to use different content for each marketplace. PIM Tabs streamline your workflow, allowing for efficient bulk management of products within the same category across different marketplaces. Duplicate content across marketplaces to save time and ensure consistency. With PIM tabs you can easily manage all your content in one centralised environment.

Data integration

Currently all your content is stored within one product. You can see this as your main PIM Tab. Using your content as the main PIM Tab will ensure no loss of information. From your main PIM Tab you can simply put data in a new PIM Tab based upon the marketplace of your choice.

Adding a PIM Tab

PIM-Tabs can be created for every marketplace you're connected with on e-tailize. New marketplace connections allow for immediate PIM Tab creation. Simply add a connection, go to your main product PIM Tab and create a PIM Tab for your new connection.

Automatic Translation

PIM-Tabs feature automatic content translation, ensuring your product details are presented in the marketplace's required language.
