How to setup the Review booster?

To set up review cards for your products, please follow the steps outlined below. If you need assistance, contact us via email at [email protected].


Step 1: Contact Support

  1. Get in touch with our support team to confirm the number of review cards you’d like to opt in for.

  2. Once confirmed over email, we will add the review cards to your account.


Step 2: Set Up the Review Cards

  1. Navigate to the Review Booster section in your account and click on the BOL Connection tab to set up your review cards.

  2. Enter the required details for the review card setup:

    • Brand Logo

    • Brand Name

    • Sender’s First Name

    • Sender’s Job Title

    • Maximum Weekly Limit

  3. Click Save. After 10 seconds, you’ll see a demo card template on the right side of the screen, populated with the details you entered. (The design you see can be different as we are constantly finetuning the design)


Step 3: Select Products

  1. Click on the Select Products tab next to the Setup tab.

  2. A list of products will appear. Select the products for which you want the review cards to be sent.

  3. Click Save. The selected products will be processed in a few seconds.

Note: If you receive an order for a product that is not selected, no review card will be sent for that order.


Step 4: Review Selected Products

  1. Go to the Selected Products tab to see the products you’ve selected.

  2. If needed, you can remove products or adjust your selection.


Next Steps After Receiving Orders

Once orders are received for your selected products, follow these steps:

Step 5: Monitor Next Batch

  • Under the Next Batch tab, you can see the list of products for which orders have been received, and review cards are queued to be sent.

Step 6: Report

  1. Navigate to the Report tab to view data on how your review cards are performing.

  2. Key metrics include:

    • Number of Cards Sent

    • Number of QR Codes Scanned

    • Conversion Rate (based on reviews received)

  3. Adjust the date range to analyze performance for a specific time period.


By following these steps, you’ll effectively set up and manage your Review Cards using the Review Booster feature.
