Stock and Order Flow Between Stockhub, e-tailize, and Marketplaces

How stock and order tracking sync between Stockhub, e-tailize, and marketplaces.

How Stock Sync Works

Stockhub to e-tailize

Stockhub sends stock updates directly to e-tailize whenever there’s a change — for example, when an item is sold and stock decreases. This process happens automatically and does not require any manual action.

e-tailize to Marketplaces

Once e-tailize receives stock data from Stockhub, it can forward that information to your connected marketplaces. However, this will only happen if stock forwarding is enabled in your e-tailize settings.

How to Enable Stock Forwarding

  1. Go to e-tailize > Settings > Stock and Order Management

  2. Under the Stock Forwarding section, you'll see a table:

    • The left column shows the sender systems (e.g., Stockhub)

    • The top row shows the receiver systems (e.g., Bol.com, Amazon)

  3. Enable the switches between Stockhub (left) and the marketplaces (top right) where you want stock data to be sent.

Once this is set up, e-tailize will forward stock updates from Stockhub to the selected marketplaces as soon as a change is received.

Common Issue: Stock Not Syncing?

If stock on your marketplaces is not accurate:

  • First, check that the stock forwarding switch is enabled from Stockhub to the marketplace in e-tailize.

  • Next, verify that Stockhub has sent updated stock data to e-tailize.

  • If both are correct and the issue continues, contact Stockhub support to confirm whether a stock update was triggered on their end.

What About Order and Tracking Information?

Order and tracking (T&T) data are handled automatically once the Stockhub connection is active.

If you're using e-tailize to manage orders and T&T with Stockhub, you do not need to enable the switches for Order or Tracking forwarding in e-tailize settings.
