      What is the Stock Source of Truth?
      The Stock Source of Truth ensures that we consistently read the current stock levels from the webshop and synchronize this data across all other sales channels. This process maintains accurate stock levels even if they differ across various marketplaces.

      Activating Stock Source of truth

      • In the Stock & Order Management, toggle the “Use Source of Truth” switch to ON.
      • Select the Stock Source of Truth. If you have a webshop which is the source of truth then always select the webshop as the source of truth.

      • By following these steps, you can ensure that your stock levels are accurately managed and synchronized across all sales channels.

      ⚠️  Note: When using Source of Truth, always update stock levels from the webshop and ensure all EAN numbers are present in the webshop.
