How do I synchronize inventory with Picqer?
To ensure that the inventory is synchronized from Picqer to your other sales channels, go to "Settings" in e-tailize and click on "Stock & Order Management". You will see various options related to setting up your stock forwarding.
The stock forwarding works from left to right. Make sure that all the sliders are turned on from Picqer to your other sales channels if you want to forward the inventory. Then click on "Save Changes".
To synchronize the inventory, you do not have to do anything. We check for changes from Picqer every 5 minutes, and if there have been no changes for half an hour, we will automatically update the inventory value.
