How can I connect my Shopify website?

To connect Shopify with e-tailize:

  • Log in to your Shopify account and click on 'apps' in the sidebar.
  • Select 'app & saleschannel settings' and click on 'develop apps'.
  • Click on 'create an app'.
  • Give the API connection a name and click on 'create app'.
  • Click on 'API credentials' and select 'configure admin API scopes'.
  • Give permission for the following 23 fields:
          • write_draft_orders
          • read_draft_orders
          • write_inventory
          • read_inventory
          • write_locations
          • read_locations
          • read_marketing_events
          • write_order_edits
          • read_order_edits
          • write_orders
          • read_orders
          • write_price_rules
          • read_price_rules
          • write_product_feeds
          • read_product_feeds
          • write_product_listings
          • read_product_listings
          • write_products
          • read_products
          • write_purchase_options
          • read_purchase_options
          • write_shipping
          • read_shipping
          • write_third_party_fulfilment_orders
          • read_third_party_fulfilment_orders
  • Click on 'save' in the top right corner and then click on 'install app'.
  • Click on 'reveal token'.
  • Here you will find your 'admin API access token' and 'API key'.
  • Open e-tailize in a new tab and click on 'Shopify' on the right side of the screen.
  • Enter a name for the connection.
  • In the 'store URL' field, enter your website address. The store URL should look like this: https://(your-company).myshopify.com/.
  • Copy the admin API access token and API key from Shopify and enter them.
  • Click on 'test & save connection'.
