Marketplace Colors in the PIM System
When you have products in your PIM system and have created marketplace connections, you'll notice that each marketplace in the Product overview has a different color. These colors each have a specific meaning and can help you manage your products across multiple marketplaces.
What Do the Colors Mean?
The colored dots next to the marketplaces in the Product overview indicate the status of your product for that specific marketplace. Below is an overview of the different colors and their meanings:
By using these colors, you can quickly see which products are ready to be listed and which ones need attention. This allows you to work more efficiently and ensure that all your products are properly listed across the various marketplaces.
Red π΄
The first color you see when adding a product in e-tailize is red. This red color indicates that you need to add PIM tabs for the specific marketplace. Adding a PIM tab is the first step to getting your PIM products live on the marketplace.
Orange πΆ
Once you've added a PIM tab for a marketplace, the color will likely change to orange. This color indicates that some required fields are still missing values. Make sure to complete all required fields before proceeding. We also recommend filling out the optional fields to improve your product's visibility on the marketplace.
Yellow β
When all required fields are completed, the PIM tab color changes to yellow, and you need to validate the product. During this Validation, we check whether the product information you provided has a good chance of being accepted by the marketplace.
Green β
After validating the product, the color changes to green. Green means the product is ready to be Listed. Use the List content button to send product information, such as images, titles, and descriptions, to the marketplace. Use the List offers button to add offers to already listed content.
